Our Mission

The mission of U.S. Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce is to strengthen Ukrainian-American communities by supporting cultural preservation, business growth, education, advocacy, and humanitarian initiatives across the United States.

Through events, partnerships, educational programs, business initiatives, and community engagement, U.S. UCC helps preserve Ukrainian heritage, support local communities, and create meaningful connections across the United States.

Our Goals

U.S. UCC work is organized around cultural, community, business, educational, humanitarian, and advocacy goals. Together, these goals explain why the Chamber is more than an event calendar or membership organization.

Cultural Preservation & Promotion

  • Act as a champion of Ukrainian arts, language, and heritage by organizing cultural events, exhibitions, and performances that celebrate Ukraine's rich traditions.
  • Collaborate with museums, galleries, and cultural organizations to increase the visibility of Ukrainian culture in the U.S., fostering appreciation and awareness among diverse audiences.

Community Engagement & Networking

  • Build a strong, interconnected network of Ukrainian professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural advocates, fostering a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
  • Host networking events, roundtables, and forums to connect Ukrainian businesses and cultural organizations with American investors, policymakers, and influencers.

Economic Support & Business Development

  • Empower Ukrainian-owned businesses in the U.S. through mentorship, advocacy, and access to resources that promote sustainable growth and entrepreneurship.
  • Facilitate partnerships between Ukrainian and American businesses, creating opportunities for collaboration, investment, and trade that benefit both countries.

Education & Professional Growth

  • Offer educational workshops, seminars, and resources focused on business skills, cultural competency, and professional development for the Ukrainian-American community.
  • Partner with universities and training organizations to provide certifications and skill-building programs that help Ukrainians succeed within the U.S. market.

Promotion of Cultural Tourism and Exchange

  • Encourage cultural tourism by showcasing Ukraine as an appealing travel destination and sharing its artistic and historical treasures with American audiences.
  • Promote cultural exchange programs that bring Ukrainian artists, scholars, and thought leaders to the U.S., allowing them to engage directly with American communities and expand cross-cultural understanding.

Advocacy & Representation

  • Represent the interests of Ukrainian Americans and advocate for policies that support cultural preservation, economic development, and community wellbeing.
  • Engage with government representatives, nonprofit organizations, and cultural institutions to amplify the voice and influence of the Ukrainian community within U.S. society.

Social Responsibility & Crisis Support

  • Support humanitarian and community relief initiatives in times of crisis, mobilizing resources to assist Ukrainian refugees, immigrants, and those affected by political and economic instability.
  • Act as a trusted community resource, offering guidance, job assistance, and integration support to new arrivals in the Ukrainian-American community.

  • Inspire and support the next generation of Ukrainian-American leaders by creating mentorship programs, scholarships, and initiatives focused on cultural pride and professional growth.
