President & Founder

Tamara Velsher leads U.S UCC with a focus on cultural diplomacy, community connection, multicultural networking, business support, and initiatives that strengthen the Ukrainian-American community in North Texas.

Vice President

Philip Chen works with complex systems, security, institutional development, and long-term nonprofit initiatives. His work with U.S. UCC supports businesses, entrepreneurs, and institutions as they navigate complexity, build trust, and operate sustainably across borders.

Chief Financial Officer

Jose supports U.S. UCC financial oversight, budgeting, reporting, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources, helping keep programs, events, and initiatives financially aligned.

Oscar supports U.S. UCC public relations, community visibility, outreach, and communication efforts, helping strengthen relationships with members, partners, supporters, and the broader public.

Julia leads art-focused initiatives that promote creativity, cultural preservation, exhibitions, workshops, and community participation through visual arts and educational programming.

Natalie leads choir and music programs that help preserve Ukrainian musical traditions, engage families and youth, and bring cultural performances to the community.

News and Media

Tetiana leads news and media initiatives that keep the community informed, highlight U.S. UCC programs and events, share important stories, and strengthen public awareness through digital content and communications.
