The Borscht Tasting event brought members, families, friends, volunteers, and guests together for a warm celebration of Ukrainian cuisine and community. Through traditional food, conversation, and hospitality, the gathering helped preserve Ukrainian cultural memory while creating space for new connections across North Texas.
